RecipesMembers have instant access to hundreds of recipes, including timely solutions for competing in your market and industry. Each recipe is a step-by-step deployment guide, enabling you to build and deploy a hardware/software solution stack. The recipe is written in non-technical language and is thoroughly tested to ensure an accurate and working deployment. CertificatesIntel® ESAA certificates are electronically signed documents providing proof of validation and/or certification for a specific reseller/OEM. On the certificate the actual model name and number of the OEM is published as well as the signed logos of the application vendors supporting the configuration. This is an important document and provides OEMs/resellers the ability to compete for customers with larger companies. The certificate states that the application vendor supports this OEM and will stand behind the server solution engineering work. Vendor certificates: All vendors provide some form of certification; however, Intel ESAA-issued certificates are not available for every vendor. For those vendors who do not issue an Intel ESAA certificate, the vendor typically offers an alternative/sanctioned process to receive formal certification directly from the vendor. Intel ESAA will clearly communicate this process via the ESAA recipe where applicable. Hardware Compatibility Lists (HCL): We recommend vendors that maintain HCL listings update these HCLs when a new product is certified or an existing product is refreshed. This allows Intel® ESAA OEM and reseller members to have their products listed as supported at the first available time. Requests are also submitted for OEMs/resellers whenever a new customer has joined or a member has bought a certified platform and wants to list a product on a vendor HCL list. Additional information on certification and HCLs Pre- and Post-Sales SupportIntel ESAA provides a path for pre-sales engineering support to all of its reseller/OEM members via the Technical Support Alliance Network (TSANet). TSANet is an independent organization that manages a database of names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses for all Intel ESAA application vendor support contacts. |
