The Sonasoft SonaVault Email Archiving for Exchange* for Microsoft Server Software Suite*, installed on the Intel® Server Board S3420GP, is an email archiving solution designed to run on a separate server or machine (SonaVault Console Server) on the network. This is also referred to as the SonaVault Console. The SonaVault Console is installed on a single Intel® Server Platform and communicates with SonaVault Agent software. The Agent (SonaVault Agent) is installed on the Exchange* servers, and registered with the SonaVault Console server. The SonaVault agent communicates with the SonaVault Console server every thirty seconds and archives emails from the Journal Mailbox and stored as entries in a SQL Server database on the SonaVault Console Server known as the SNS Database. The application is Web-based and can be accessed from anywhere in the world through a secure VPN tunnel.

The Intel® Server Board S3420GP is an entry server board with essential server-class features. Growing businesses need a reliable server solution for web servers, file and print servers, e-mail servers, storage servers and vertical-specific business applications. A general-purpose entry server platform plays a fundamental role in the success of a workgroup, department, small- to medium- sized business or high performance computing (HPC). The Intel® Server Board S3420GP provides server-class performance without sacrificing cost-effectiveness or reliability.
