EMC NetWorker Fast Start* on Microsoft Windows Server* 2008 - Intel® Server System SR1640TH

EMC NetWorker Fast Start* provides business continuity, data protection and an end-to-end backup solution in combination with the Intel® Server System SR2612UR. Fast Start* provides unique wizards to reduce the time it takes to get started by discovering the system environment and treamlining installation with significantly fewer clicks and screens. Designed for small-to medium-sized businesses or for existing departments/workgroups in current NetWorker* accounts, this combined solution is certified for interoperability and simplified deployment by Intel® ESAA.

The Intel® Server System SR1640TH is a differentiated, high-density 1U system supporting four independent Intel® Xeon® processor 3400 series with four DIMMs per node for a total of four processors and sixteen DIMMS. The system is designed with optimized cable routing, optimized cooling, two energy efficient power supplies, and up to four 3.5” SATA HDDs. This performance optimized system is ideal as a hosting server, web server, or for small businesses with space and cost sensitive applications.
