VMware vSphere 5.0 for ESXi* 5.0 - Intel® Server Board S5520UR

VMware vSphere 5 also introduces three key new flagship features – Auto-Deploy, Profile-Driven Storage and Storage DRS –delivering intelligent policy management to support an automated "set it and forget it" approach to managing datacenter resources, including server deployment and storage management.

Optimized for high performance computing, the feature rich Intel® Server Board S5520UR is a high-performance, rack-optimized server board designed for energy efficiency with a variety of expansion modules for added flexibility. Optimized for high performance computing in-rack form factor, the feature rich Intel® Server Board S5520UR offers support for up to two Intel® Xeon® processors 5500 or 5600 series, 12 DDR3 memory DIMMs, bridge-board connector supporting Midplane2 with SAS HW RAID, and custom PCI Express* x8 connector for optional Intel® I/O Expansion Modules. Specific S5520UR boards with the integrated Trusted Platform Module (TPM) will support the latest in virtualization security via Intel® Trusted Execution Technology (Intel® TXT).
